Abstract

Beauty is the finest expression of both nature and human spirit. Every person and especially every woman strives to live and be in harmony with their age, or even to look younger. Aging is a complex process, which affects every organ, including the skin. From a clinical point of view, the aging skin characterized as thin, dry and pale, with noticeable wrinkles, reduced elasticity and pigmented spots. Nowadays, a wide range of methods for overcoming the changes in the aging skin are available. One of these practices is mesotherapy, through which various biologically active substances are introduced into the skin at a depth of 0.5 to 4 millimeters. Depending on how the aforementioned substances are implemented to the skin, mesotherapy can be invasive /needle/ and non-invasive /needleless/.
