Abstract

The development of information communication technologies and its use in the education process itself is one of the most important priorities of a modern society. Using this kind of technology, we are offered a huge range of opportunities that can be used in the function of education, and hence for the improvement of the teaching process. The use of new technologies creates the basis for the application and use of educational computer networks, automated database systems, all with the aim of increasing the efficiency and rationalization of the educational process and the implementation of electronic education and learning. The classical way of learning, at least when it comes to primary schools, should not be dismissed, but should actually be complemented by new technology. Modern age is more focused on e-learning where the center of everything is a student, and in its environment there are resources necessary for learning. Unlike traditional learning, this new form of learning allows us to break all time and space barriers
