POSITIVE CLIMATE AS A MOTIVATIONAL FACTOR FOR THE EMPLOYED IN THE SCHOOL
Each work organization, and in this context, a school, is characterized by specific and inherent relations, modes of behavior and general communication between all participants in the performance of the joint activity of the given organization, and in this case in the educational process.
The existence of a pleasant working environment in the school will not only affect the motivation of the employees (teachers) to be even more successful in teaching, but also will be a factor for improving the mutual cooperation and mutual respect among all participants in the teaching process (principal, employees, students, parents, environment, local authority, etc.), which will certainly provide a good basis for the successful operation of the school.
Objective- Acquiring knowledge about the positive climate in the school as a motivational factor for successful work of the employees in the school.
Methodology A quantitative research was conducted to determine the attitudes of 25 teachers from the Primary School "DimoHadziDimov" - Skopje. Each questionnaire was conducted to determine the attitudes on various topics - What motivates you most at the workplace, what do you feel about the work climate in the school, does the positive attitude of the principal and the professional service encourage the positive climate in the school..Results Teachers answered that the students are the main motivation for the workplace (64%), teachers perceive the climate as a positive place of work (84) ...
Conclusion The dominance of positive attitudes of teachers in all topics of the survey questionnaire points out and indicates that the school prevails a positive working environment, motivating from all aspects that are important for a quality educational process.
