ESSENTIALITY OF THE PHENOMENON KIBERSOCIALIZATION AND STUDY OF THE EDUCATIONAL POTENTIAL OF THE MODERN BULGARIAN FAMILY
The impact of modern technologies and the media as a means of mass information on the structure and dynamics of social and public relations has long been no longer an initial scientific hypothesis. For nearly a decade, the attention of high-ranking European and international organizations has focused on the media and information literacy, their role and importance for personal development and social integration of society. The results of their multiple research on communication effects and consequences show the power of impact on their audience, educating certain needs, goals and values. On their basis, leading institutions such as UNESCO, the EC have developed and implemented relevant strategies and concepts for training in media and information literacy. At the national level, practically adequate projects, documents and guidelines have been developed and implemented, taking into account our nationality participation in the development of modern communication space. The media and information and communication technologies today affect not only the content of the messages and the images they disseminate, but also by forming different generations of people based on their media consumption patterns. In this sense, conditions for distortions at different levels of the structure of society arise, with the contemporary family. In the processes of dynamic transformations of social relations, in the course of which the models of gendered interactions, marital-family relations, roles and statuses of men and women in society and family, the system of values, the problems of family transformation as an institution reiterates the path of economically developed countries - increasing the number of divorces, extramarital births, single-parent families, the development of alternative forms of the family (unregistered marriage, nuclear families, a single father with children), emancipation of women and children. The aim of the study is to research the impact of the media and ICT on the transformation of the family, its values and its influence on the personal development of the generations in it, the social integration of the society as a whole. In other words, the publication presents a socio-psychological-pedagogical discourse on the potential of satisfying the family requirements and needs of family education in the context of cyber-socialization of modern man.
