THE PRINCIPLE OF JUSTICE OR THE "KEY STONE" OF THE LAW-MORAL-RELIGION RELATIONSHIP
The level of cultural, moral, legal and spiritual development in the society is a factor influencing on the formation of a principle as a guiding idea, bearing fundamental values that affects the public relations and it determines their content.
There are a number of interpretations of the concept of justice. According to the subject of the various sciences, justice as a concept has different definitions and arguments. Justice has always been associated with harmony and human behavior in the relationship of distribution and retribution. The idea of it is rooted in the man’s spirit as his natural legal endowment. It is no coincidence that the Latin term “iustitia”, which means justice, later becomes a term, meaning justice. Justice is an absolute value imperative to the law, which is also characteristic of modern law, which guarantees the equality between individuals and prevents the violation of the legitimate freedoms of the people. On its side, the law encompasses itself and reflects social, moral and religious values, thus bringing the three phenomena into interaction, which in turn guarantees the strengthening of humanistic moral and universal human values. Thanks to this relationship, an optimal balance is achieved between private interests and the public good, between individual freedom and social justice.
As the justice is of a universal nature, it is best to reflect the law-moral-religion relationship through it. Moreover, as a moral category and a basic legal principle, it is also a major driver of human relationships.
The close relationship between morality, law and religion, and homogeneity in a number of their properties, give us grounds for important conclusions, the most important of which is the essential integrity of these three phenomena, which is conditioned by the principle of justice. The three social phenomena studied are connected in value with the quest for justice in the distribution of social, legal and moral goods. The nature of the interaction between legal and religious norms in the system of social regulation is determined by their relationship with morality and the state, and the principle of justice is an idea and not a rule of conduct that determines the creation and operation of legal norms.
