Abstract

A family as a primary and fundamental environment in which a person grows and develops has the largest and most crucial role in the upbringing. Therefore, today it is increasingly questioned the family connection to the the upbringing and social development of the young person. Almost all positive or negative aspects of behavior, conscious or unconscious are assigned to the family and the family relations, especially the relation parent-child.

Motherhood as a paradigm for boundless love, represents a crucial resource to the development of the individual identity. Always in accordance to the biological as well as physiological relation of mother to the child, it represents the first and most important segment of the personality development. This is for the reason that mother  is the one who brings the child in this world, and further on she raises them from being little towards reaching a total independency in mature life. Mother’s love and care to the child, is full and well completed and can be qualified as a key condition for an appropriate development of the children in a given family.
