Abstract

The world medical community is just beginning the many health problems caused by the new coronavirus. Some of them can have a lasting effect on patients and health systems for years to come.

In addition to damage to the respiratory system, which causes patients to barely breathe, the virus that causes COVID-19 attacks many organs and systems, and in some cases the damage is fatal. The purpose of the submitted ambulatory (OUTPATIENT) REHABILITATION PROGRAM FOR PATIENTS WITH CONSEQUENCES AFTER the acute phase of COVID - 19 IN THE outpatient care is to improve the quality of life of patients with Post - Covid 19 syndrome by minimizing the adverse economic consequences, providing highly qualified medical outpatient care as an alternative to the expensive hospital treatment of these patients. Overcoming all the consequences of COVID 19 - medical, economic, social and psychological - is an issue facing all governments in the world. Finding effective opportunities to return to normal life and preserve human health is a priority. Health and human life are invaluable and when we talk about health care it can not but be associated with financial resources. It is important to provide the best, at the best price, to meet the health needs of society without further complicating the state budget. The financing of the multidisciplinary program for rehabilitation of patients with Post - Covid 19 syndrome in the conditions of outpatient medical care by the state will have a favorable economic effect on the budget and health care costs. On the other hand, it will significantly alleviate the social system by enabling patients to receive quality treatment without necessary and expensive hospitalizations, with the opportunity to work and conduct treatment in parallel in outpatient medical structures.
