Abstract

As a result of the huge number of changes in the field of technological areas, in recent years there have been significant changes in the domain of information sources, as well as significant structural and functional changes in libraries. Namely, libraries must fully respond to the challenges of the new age in the era of the troubled information world - to be fully in the function of users who seek quality knowledge, information and creative art.In the new world of information, school libraries, and in this context librarians in school libraries, are changing their traditional role in order to most successfully meet the informational, educational and recreational needs of local users. The library staff as the main carrier and engine of the development of librarianship, information knowledge and skills, as well as the development of documentation is constantly the subject of special attention of the developed countries in the world. Today, we are constantly working on the question of how to create a library staff that will be able to adapt and respond efficiently and in a timely manner to the rapid development of science, technology and the needs of society as a whole.
