My report addresses the question of cyclicality in every process, including music. Opinions on the subject of such authors as Plato, HenrichOrlov, Erich von Deniken, Richard Wagner, Alexander Fol, Tommy Carklisiiski and others are quoted. Parallel comparison of processes leads to the conclusion that in every area there is a similar pattern. Here are represented the internal and external factors that lead to it. The question of relations between elitist and mass arts has. There are also signs of cyclicity in different epochs and the reactions of the then-creators to them. Comparing this pattern leads to the conclusion that cyclicality, in the most remote areas, is related to regularities in every development, including education. The crucial issue with the readiness of the audience, the mass audience and the elite listener is considered. The approaches and perspectives of different ancient philosophical schools on the issue of cyclicality are examined. Attempts have been made to maintain the achieved level of development and cultural gradation. The topic opens the way for scientific research on the issues of cyclicality, which could be developed in both individual arts and synthesis. Of course, research on cyclical processes and science, especially in its fields such as medicine, physics, science, and many others, can make a significant contribution to further justifying this pattern. The acceleration of cycles is easily noticeable if we compare the conditional division of epochs into artistic trends and the change of ideas and concepts from the ten-century Middle Ages to the 20th Century with its growing variety of styles, experiments, and creative quests.Тhe model of the three stages of development of Ancient Greece - Barbarian, Classical and Hellenistic, is applied as an example in the cyclical development of each civilization, style, artistic flow, and so on. Such a division is completely conditional, but it can be considered a model to the thesis.Weinic's theory of chronological fields is accepted as a starting point, but others can be applied if we continue with the research on the future function of artistic ideas on a cyclical basis. One of the forms of a cyclical manifestation is the repeated Renaissance manifestations in art or a number of "Renaissance", which repeat the phenomenon of Renaissance in another form and in the context of another age. Thus, the question of cyclicality can adopt its own laws from already established historical models. The thesis aims to identify the ways to consider otherwise well-known artistic or aesthetic phenomena in terms of cyclicality as a structural point of view. The structure thus structured gives clarity and perhaps an opportunity to anticipate certain phenomena in the arts and their development.
