Emergency management in the environment involves identifying and assessing risks, planning, responding and all essential activities in emergency management practice. Emergencies in the environment address issues such as water quality, protection of flora and fauna as well as overall ecosystem health. Emergencies in the environment can be defined as a disaster or unexpected accident resulting from natural, technological or man-made factors, or a combination thereof, that cause or threaten to cause severely environmental and human health and life. Prevents the consequences of natural hazards such as earthquakes, storms, floods, tsunamis, fires on earth, landslides and man-made disasters such as industrial accidents, transport accidents, chemical leaks, oil spills and a host of other types emergencies. The frequency and intensity of natural disasters over the last decades both in our country and in the world has been accompanied by significant damage to material goods but also to humans, and has increased significantly globally and regionally. This situation is exacerbated by environmental degradation, global warming and climate change.
