Abstract

Pedagogical communication is a type of social communication and brings all the peculiarities of communication as a psychological phenomenon. Its parameters are mainly related to the nature and ultimate goal of the educational process. Pedagogical communication and pedagogical interaction are one of the most important factors in achieving the goal and tasks of education and training.
Purpose of the study: To characterize pedagogical communication and interaction as important psychological-pedagogical factors in training at the Medical College (faculty, college) and to formulate practical guidelines for effective communication to participants in the learning process.
Results and Discussion: Pedagogical communication and learning interaction is the most important factor in the complex of psychological-pedagogical factors for the effective realization and achievement of the learning process objectives. The teacher is the main figure on which the effectiveness of the learning process depends. Effective pedagogical communication can only be performed by a teacher who has communication skills. The relationships between the participants in the learning process, the conditions under which they take place and the style of teaching and learning are essential prerequisites for effective pedagogical communication and interaction.
