They represent a fundamental part of the development of an organization, starting from its creation, growth, establishment and achievement of certain levels of success, actively participating in the entire life cycle of the respective structure. They are the basis of development due to the performance of the work required by them. Historically, regardless of the nature of the work performed, people have always worked together, and since ancient times their activities have been carried out in an organized manner - in smaller or larger groups, now called organizations. They begin to create certain relationships, there is a distribution of responsibilities, guidances for the final results and products of work are formed, which connect in a special way the participants in the work process, creating specific relationships and hierarchy. In this way, the phenomenon that gives the appearance of human civilization, most often defined by the concept of organization, is born. This phenomenon has at least two aspects, the first covers the way organizations work performing their social functions, and the second relates to the behavior of people within the organization, with the emphasis on this aspect mainly on the human factor. Creating a highly professional and motivated team is a complex task that managers from different management levels meet with. Requirements for employees include not only a specific set of knowledge, skills and competencies within the performance of work, but also a certain amount of qualities related to commitment and devotion to the goals and vision of the organization. This requires managers to develop skills for interpersonal contacts and to direct organizational behavior to optimize the factors that ensure higher efficiency of the organization. In this sense, human resource management is a concept that covers not only management but also the development of employees.<br>It includes the processes of staff recruitment and employment, provision of salaries and additional remuneration, regulation of relations within the service hierarchy, continuous training and professional development, maintenance of organizational development and growth.
