SOCIAL WORKERS AND THEIR WORK AT THE PRIMARY PREVENTION OF AGGRESSION LEVEL BESIDE INFLUENCE OF COGNITIVE DISMODERATION INTERCOURSE ON CHILDREN IN THE PRIMARY SCHOOL AGE

Abstract

The research methodology includes a set of techniques for the implementation of primary prevention, as in theoretical and practical-applied aspect, the research is based on the system-structural, personality-oriented approach in the activities of social workers. The practical approaches of the social workers are in accordance with the modern experimental approaches for diagnosis and assessment of the primary prevention of aggression in children.

The purpose of the study is to reduce the aggressive behavior of students in primary school age through preventive interaction with social workers.

The results of the study show that the stages and scope of primary prevention need to be distributed according to the advantages and disadvantages of the scope of the preventive process, this is emphasized by 27.98% of the surveyed social workers. Preventive interaction is mainly based on social diagnostics, according to 33.68% of respondents. The most appropriate practical sources for the implementation of primary prevention are organizations involved in the precautionary process, this opinion is shared by 38.10% of social workers.

Conclusions: Preventive approaches show the need to validate the preventive process, focused on practical sources for the implementation of primary prevention, this opinion is shared by 29.30% of the surveyed specialists. Consolidated interaction is needed, according to 28.07% of respondents for the implementation of efficiency, regarding the safety process.

Recommendations: At the level of primary prevention of aggression, it is effective to work on the incorrect refraction of feedback in the process of communication between children. It is necessary to identify the harmful factors of the reference environment that affect the relationship between children. They should be encouraged to share the emotions they feel and the point of view they have about the problematic situations in which they find themselves.

Additional data: Preventive guidelines are needed to work on the insufficient social experience of children in the direction of fruitful relationships. The fear that children feel about the unknown to them and the lack of balance in their emotions at times, contribute to the difficult adaptation of children to the school staff. Cognitive dismoderate intercourse is an unexplored, hitherto, social, communicative problem in the psychological spectrum of moderation in human consciousness, reflecting on the refraction of feedback in the process of communication, implicitly (hidden), when the personality, self-control and explicitly (clearly), expresses his preceptive attitudes, influencing the moment of communication.
