Abstract

The article examines the possibilities of role-playing games as a method to activate the career development of students, which supports decision-making regarding their choice of profession and career. Student career development role plays in technology and entrepreneurship education help students develop leadership skills, communication skills, problem-solving skills, and other important competencies.
A scenario of the role-playing game "Choose a profession" is presented, suitable for students in the 8th grade, and can be used in the lessons on technology and entrepreneurship for the main topic "Profession and Career.".
The organization of the game includes the following stages: determining the goal, defining different roles, and determining the stimulus material. Students choose different professional positions and perform specific behaviors that suit them during this role play.
During the role play, students play the roles of various specialists, perform tasks, and solve problems that may arise in their professional activities. This allows them to better understand what skills and knowledge are needed to be successful in their chosen field.
