Abstract

The philosophy of the school is a complex issue and it is in the interest of overall development. The school in its historical development and history of pedagogical thought has a special place. It is in the process of change and transformation. The society needs quality school organization, since it is a social institution that opens paths and perspectives for the individual.

Through the school's best promotes and develops culture, art, education, science and civilization. The school is characterized by some basic elements such as modernization, rationalization, efficiency, economy.

A fundamental pillar of society regarded school. The aim of the school is modeling the new interests while its content serves as an incentive for young people and civilization.

The school is the only institution where an organized and planned manner to realize the educational work. The task of the school is to create a competent and willing people who will respond to the needs of time before us. Therefore the school could rightly call and place a source of knowledge, skills and the formation of positive habits in children and youth. Only literate and educated people can suit the modern demands of the new era.

Over time the school has undergone changes and reforms, which originated from the need of the society in general and the need of the labor market. The school, as the only institution through which the individual is formed and developed, has always strived and strives for development. Changes are part of life and thus reforms in education and especially in school are inevitable, if we want to develop human resources through which we can develop the overall social development.

Modern civilization requires modern and developed people, intellectuals who will not only acquire certain knowledge but will be able to implement and materialize that knowledge in everyday life.

The school is an institution where the changes occur.

The changes in the education and in the institution of the school, require new contents, new ways and models of work as well as a new procedure and a new organization of the work of the school.
