Abstract

The educational environment is of great importance for increasing the motivation for learning activities among young students. The use of digital educational resources leads to interest in the learning material. In many cases, the digital resources used have the opposite effect and do not lead to the desired results. Using the same digital technologies with the same methods in daily work with students leads to routine and monotony in setting tasks and their implementation.
The search by the teacher for non-standard methods in the educational interaction, in creating the educational environment, would lead to expectation on the part of the students, to the awakening of their curiosity, to the desire to research, to learn new facts, to form names.
The set of pedagogical research is to find the relationship between the creation of a non-traditional educational environment by using digital educational resources with overall motivation for learning activity.
The research methodology proceeds through several stages of work - supportive, operational and ascertaining. At the preparatory stage, the literature on the problem is studied, work with students is planned, digital educational resources are created, games and team tasks are developed. During the operational stage, experimental work is carried out with the students of the third grade. At the final stage, analyzes are made regarding the achieved goal, adjustments are made to resources and the organization of activities.
Mainly, the work model is applied in a group for a full-day organization of the school day in self-training classes and interest activities.
The results of the conducted experimental work can generally be reduced to the following conclusions:
• The creation of a non-traditional educational environment provokes the interest and desire of students to acquire new knowledge, to form skills and to apply what they have learned in new activities.
• The repeated use of the same type of activities, digital resources and games, does not contribute to increasing the motivation of students for learning activities.
• The use of digital educational resources is not a guarantee of achieving high results. It takes constant planning and purposeful use.
As a result of the conducted theoretical and experimental research, it can be concluded that the teacher shows non-standardity in creating an educational environment and the application of digital educational resources, games and team tasks leads to an increase in motivation for educational activity, to awakening interest and provoking students' curiosity.
